About the Role

Supervise retail store operations, manage staff performance and scheduling, ensure excellent customer service and sales target achievement at ODEL Colombo stores.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail staff including cashiers and floor workers
• Train and develop team members
• Achieve sales targets through effective staff communication
• Maintain discipline and evaluate employee performance
• Prepare merchandise for display and manage inventory
• Ensure promotions align with company standards
• Monitor quality, customer service, and safety compliance
• Manage staff schedules and handle daily deliveries

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a comparable retail supervisory role
• Relevant diploma is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong team player skills
• Upselling and cross-selling expertise
