About the Role

Lead and manage construction projects on-site, coordinating teams and ensuring quality delivery at Ro-Pa Construction in Borella.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate site activities and sub-contractors
• Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
• Prepare progress reports and documentation
• Manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 2-5 years site engineering or project management experience
• AutoCAD and MS Project proficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills
