About the Role
Complete a 12-month structured training program in tea cultivation and field management at a historic tea estate in Galle.
Responsibilities
- Learn cultivation of saplings and nursery management
- Perform planting and replanting operations
- Maintain field for crop optimization
- Execute harvesting procedures
- Manage farm personnel and teams
- Apply quality assurance metrics
Requirements
- Advanced Level qualification (3 A levels within last 2 years preferred)
- 1 year work experience
- Basic English and IT proficiency
- Genuine interest in tea agriculture
- Team sports background and fitness interest
