About the Role

Experienced culinary professional needed to support kitchen leadership while actively participating in food preparation and team supervision across multiple cuisine types.

Responsibilities

Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead through hands-on participation in food prep
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
Monitor costs and kitchen efficiency
Uphold food safety standards
Support menu development

Requirements

Proven Sous Chef or Senior Chef experience in hospitality
Diploma-level education minimum
5 years experience
Practical knowledge across multiple cuisine types
Strong leadership and communication abilities
