Responsibilities
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead through hands-on participation in food prep
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
- Monitor costs and kitchen efficiency
- Uphold food safety standards
- Support menu development
Requirements
- Proven Sous Chef or Senior Chef experience in hospitality
- Diploma-level education minimum
- 5 years experience
- Practical knowledge across multiple cuisine types
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
