About the Role
Develop and manage garment pattern designs for apparel production at the Kurunegala facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine garment patterns for production
- Ensure pattern accuracy and fit across size ranges
- Prepare technical packs and construction specifications
- Collaborate with production and sampling teams
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology or Apparel Manufacturing
- Minimum 2 years of pattern making experience
- Proficiency in CAD pattern software is an advantage
