About the Role
Design and develop RPA workflows for US-based healthcare processes; shift hours 2:00 PM–11:00 PM SLT.
Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities by analysing business processes
- Design and develop RPA workflows
- Execute unit testing and support UAT
- Deploy and monitor bot performance in production
- Create documentation for automation logic and exception handling
- Partner with business analysts and subject matter experts
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Availability for US hours: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM SLT
