Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering works for premium property development projects in Colombo.

Responsibilities

Oversee MEP installations on construction projects
Review MEP drawings and specifications
Manage subcontractors and ensure quality compliance
Coordinate with main contractor and consultants
Monitor progress and report on project status

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2+ years MEP project experience
AutoCAD proficiency
