Technical Officer – Aluminium & Glass

About the Role

Lead and oversee multiple site operations for aluminium and glass installations including curtain walls, facades, and shopfronts across small to medium scale projects in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations for aluminium/glass installation projects
• Plan and coordinate projects per timelines and quality standards
• Supervise subcontractors and internal teams
• Interpret technical drawings
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Coordinate with architects and consultants
• Monitor project costs
• Enforce safety regulations
• Prepare project handover documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Aluminium & Glass industry (mandatory)
• Experience handling medium-scale or multiple simultaneous projects
• Certificate level education minimum
• Ability to read technical drawings
