About the Role

Motivated QS professional needed to handle BOQ preparation, cost estimation, project budgeting, and contract administration at Premier Entrance Technologies in Pannipitiya.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOQs, estimates, and cost reports
• Quantity take-offs and measurements
• Monitoring project costs and variations
• Preparation of payment applications and valuations
• Coordination with site teams, consultants, and suppliers
• Assisting in tender preparation and contract administration

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Construction or quantity surveying experience preferred
• MS Office and QS software proficiency
• Strong analytical and communication skills
