Operations & Projects Manager

About the Role

Lead and deliver all rope access construction projects from start to completion with full operational responsibility. 5+ years experience required. Deadline July 10.

Responsibilities

• Complete project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
• Lead and manage site operations, manpower, equipment, and resources
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards
• Protect and manage company assets and equipment
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and safety regulations
• Implement continuous improvements in operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in Project Management or Construction
• IRATA certification preferred
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
