About the Role
MN Group seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration for construction projects in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost reports
- Monitor project costs and progress
- Coordinate with site engineers and consultants
- Evaluate subcontractor claims
- Ensure contractual compliance
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 1-2 years QS experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction contracts and cost estimation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
