Responsibilities

• Lead all food preparation and kitchen quality control
• Deliver exceptional guest dining experiences
• Manage culinary team and coordination
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and food safety standards
• Manage inventory and supplies

Requirements

• Previous experience as Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership
• Expertise in culinary, hospitality, or service roles
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
