About the Role

Deliver effective Business Management lectures and assessments at ESOFT Metro Campus's Gampaha branch, with weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective unit knowledge to students and assess skill and knowledge achievement
• Prepare educational materials and examination assessments
• Grade assignments and projects promptly
• Foster positive learning environments
• Coordinate with stakeholders on relevant programmes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (First or Second Class Upper Division) in Business Management from accredited university
• Master's degree preferred
• 1-2 years lecturing experience advantageous
• Flexibility to work weekends
