Logistics Executive (Male)

About the Role

Manage end-to-end import logistics, customs clearance, and coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders for Euro Motors' automotive import operations in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (invoices, bills of lading, customs forms)
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents
• Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
• 2-4 years of logistics, import/export, or freight coordination experience
• Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
• Valid driving license
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
