Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Handle pre-contract work including BOQ preparation and tender documents using POME, SMM7, SLS573 and FIDIC standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost plans per industry measurement standards
• Produce tender documents per SBDSL and FIDIC frameworks
• Conduct pre-contract cost management
• Liaise with clients and contractors on project costs

Requirements

• BSc QS (UOM) with minimum 2 years experience OR NCT QS/HNDE/TTI/City & Guild with minimum 5 years experience
• Pre-contract experience preferred
