About the Role

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal staff, focusing on AI integration, Google Workspace, and Microsoft ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end training curriculums
• Integrate AI methodologies into training modules
• Deliver deep-dive training on Google Workspace and Microsoft products
• Conduct evaluation sessions and mock presentations
• Collaborate with sales leadership and product managers
• Assess performance gaps and provide coaching
• Stay current with industry trends and update materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or corporate IT training
• Proven track record enabling sales teams
• Strong expertise in AI technologies and enterprise software ecosystems
