About the Role
Provide Level 0/L1 IT support for end-user devices and handle user incidents via helpdesk tools, email, and phone across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 0/L1 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Handle incidents and service requests via helpdesk tools, email, phone
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices
- Support IT asset tracking and inventory
- Assist with Microsoft 365 applications and account management
- Provide cloud application support
- Follow IT security policies and maintain documentation
Requirements
- Basic IT hardware knowledge
- Networking fundamentals understanding
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Cloud platform familiarity
- Strong communication skills
