About the Role

Lead a supermarket team at the Habarakada branch of LAUGFS Supermarkets, managing shift operations and team performance in a 24-hour retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supermarket team during shift
• Ensure smooth store operations
• Manage night shift duties
• Meet productivity targets

Requirements

• Age between 18-50 years
• Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification passed
• Capable of working 12-hour shifts including overtime
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Team management and leadership capabilities
• Valid National ID, birth certificate, and relevant documents
