Quantity Surveyor Cum Site Officer

About the Role

Prepare Bills of Quantities, rate breakdowns and engineering estimates while overseeing site measurements and providing worker instructions for building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities, rate breakdowns and engineering estimates
• Analyse architectural drawings to estimate materials and labour costs
• Provide worker instructions and oversee site measurements
• Conduct pre/post-costing analysis
• Manage tender processes

Requirements

• NVQ Level 05 or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2 years construction industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of market rates and tender processes
• Valid driving licence and personal motorbike
