Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and system requirements
Conduct workshops and create functional specifications
Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes
Work closely with leadership, Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or related field
2-3 years as Business Analyst or similar role
SaaS/HR Tech/ERP experience preferred
