Nursing Supervisor / Staff Nurse - ICU

About the Role

Lead nursing care delivery in the ICU, maintain clinical quality standards, communicate treatment plans with patients and guardians, and monitor hospital-acquired infections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective nursing care meeting clinical standards in ICU
• Communicate treatment plans with patients and guardians
• Support clinical activities and coordinate with healthcare teams
• Monitor and report hospital-acquired infections per protocols

Requirements

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree from recognised institute
• Registered with SLNC or PHSRC
• 3+ years staff nurse experience in reputed healthcare facility
