About the Role

Lead end-to-end solar engineering projects from design to maintenance for a top Sri Lankan electrical company, coordinating with clients, contractors and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solar engineering projects from design to maintenance
• Provide technical guidance to teams and customers
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Oversee site inspections, installation, and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• BSc/BEng, HND, or NDT in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in solar or electrical engineering
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems
