About the Role
Oversee the full HR lifecycle for a growing hospital group in Matara including recruitment, employee relations, HRIS and compliance with healthcare labour regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain HRIS systems and produce HR metrics
- Coordinate benefits administration and leave management
- Ensure labour law and healthcare regulation compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management
- 4+ years HR experience, healthcare background preferred
- HRIS/ATS proficiency and strong MS Office skills
- Employment law and credentialing knowledge
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
