About the Role

Prepare BOQs, analyse construction drawings for cost estimation, and oversee site measurements and technical tasks at a Colombo construction and engineering company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and rate breakdowns
• Analyse architectural drawings for cost estimation
• Provide instructions to workers and subcontractors
• Oversee site measurements and technical tasks

Requirements

• NVQ Level 05 or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
• Valid driving licence and personal motorbike
• Knowledge of market rates and tender processes
• Minimum 2 years experience
