About the Role
Remote support role monitoring customer operations, diagnosing technical issues, and managing escalations for a US-based partner company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer operations using software applications
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures
- Provide prompt customer feedback
- Prepare accurate reports
- Document solutions in knowledge base
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years similar role experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work independently
- Availability during US CST hours (mandatory)
