Business Development Intern

About the Role

High-energy internship focused on lead generation, seller onboarding, market research, and sales support for a growing e-commerce marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential sellers for marketplace expansion
• Guide new partners through onboarding
• Conduct daily market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain accurate lead records and outreach metrics in CRM
• Shadow senior BD team during negotiations to learn sales strategies

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and comfort with phone outreach
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools
• Self-motivated with resilience to rejection
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior internship or student leadership experience preferred
