About the Role
E-Commerce Marketing Assistant for online beauty/wellness retailer in Colombo 6. Salary LKR 40,000-50,000. Deadline July 15, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Resolve complaints and assist with product selection
- Process orders and coordinate with departments
- Manage website content and promotional campaigns
- Support social media marketing initiatives
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level completion
- Commerce stream preferred
- Age 18-25 years
- Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English advantageous
- Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Basic computer literacy
