About the Role

Drive volume, revenue, and market share growth for PepsiCo brands across the North Western Province. Lead a high-performing regional sales team, strengthen distributor networks, and execute route-to-market strategies at Varun Beverages Lanka.

Responsibilities

Drive volume, revenue, and market share growth in the assigned region
Strengthen distribution networks and enhance market penetration
Lead and develop high-performing regional sales teams
Ensure excellence in outlet execution and merchandising programmes
Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights
Build distributor partnerships while ensuring profitability and ROI

Requirements

12–15 years FMCG/Beverage sales experience including 3–4 years senior leadership
Expertise in distributor management and route-to-market execution
Proven success driving sales across urban and rural markets
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills
Fluency in Sinhala and English; Tamil knowledge preferred
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
