Business Development Executive

About the Role

Expand Varun Beverages Lanka's HORECA business across the Western Province. Recruit new food service clients, manage existing accounts, achieve sales targets, and coordinate cross-functionally to grow Pepsi, 7UP, and Aquafina in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering) segment
• Identify and recruit new food service clients
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Manage payment collection and receivables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 2–5 years sales/business development experience, preferably in food service or HORECA
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
