About the Role

Manage refrigeration asset maintenance and after-sales support for Varun Beverages Lanka in the Down South territory. Supervise area technicians, oversee installation and breakdown maintenance of coolers and dispensers, and coordinate spare parts inventory.

Responsibilities

Supervise area technicians and service providers
Manage installation and withdrawal of assets as per sales requirements
Ensure timely breakdown maintenance of assigned area assets
Coordinate spare parts inventory with technical teams
Monitor service metrics including call aging and satisfaction scores
Conduct monthly reconciliation and expense submissions
Oversee preventive maintenance programmes

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Technology (BTech) or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years experience in similar refrigeration/after-sales role
Technical asset management skills
Team supervision capability
