About the Role

Oversee multi-entity financial operations at Hayleys Business Solutions International for Australian clients. Manage accounting systems, lead bookkeeping teams, handle month-end closures, and administer commercial leasing software with Xero expertise.

Responsibilities

Manage financials across multiple entities and maintain unified finance systems
Oversee accounts payable operations, supplier management, and GL coding
Handle month-end and year-end close procedures, financial reports, and tax compliance
Administer commercial leasing software platforms
Lead and supervise bookkeeping team for quality service delivery
Manage bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions

Requirements

Finalist or passed finalist of ACCA/CIMA/CA or equivalent
4–5 years in external audit, BPM, or commercial finance roles
Minimum 1 year team management experience
Hands-on experience with Xero accounting platform (mandatory)
Preferred: Australian client experience or work background
