About the Role

Manage daily operations of the Eye Unit at Ninewells Hospital in Colombo. Lead clinical workflows, supervise healthcare staff, coordinate patient care, maintain equipment and inventory, and implement quality assurance processes for ophthalmic services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare unit management
• Strong ophthalmology and eye care knowledge
• Patient care management and quality assurance expertise
• Healthcare or ophthalmology educational qualifications
• Hospital/clinic management experience highly desirable
