About the Role
Lead full-cycle recruitment, manage employee relations and HRIS, coordinate benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labour laws across a 400+ employee healthcare group.
Responsibilities
- Execute full recruitment processes
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain HRIS systems and personnel records
- Coordinate benefits, leave management, and payroll liaison
- Support clinical staff credentialing and onboarding
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and hospital HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management
- 4+ years HR experience
- HRIS/ATS proficiency
- Knowledge of employment law
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
