About the Role
Drive solar PV sales to residential and commercial clients across Sri Lanka, analysing electricity bills, designing proposals, and closing deals independently.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial customers
- Analyse electricity bills and recommend optimal system size
- Prepare solar proposals and quotations
- Conduct site assessments
- Explain system design and return on investment to clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years solar PV industry experience
- Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, and battery systems
- Knowledge of Net Metering and Net Accounting in Sri Lanka
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Customer engagement and sales closing experience
- Electrical or engineering background preferred
