About the Role

Lead a sales team and drive revenue growth at one of Sri Lanka's largest agricultural conglomerates, with commission-based earnings and no ceiling.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team and manage sales operations
• Drive sales performance and revenue generation
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales and marketing management experience
• Team leadership capability
• Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM–1:30 PM availability

What we offer
