About the Role

Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, transportation, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfilment
• Implement inventory management systems for accuracy and optimisation
• Coordinate transportation and delivery tracking
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics team members
• Partner with cross-functional departments to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 6–8 years of warehouse operations experience
• Expertise in managing large-scale warehouses or distribution centres
• Strong leadership and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain management and regulatory compliance
