About the Role
Micro Constructions seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with BTEC/HNDE qualifications and 2-3 years of construction industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents
- Handle SMM, ESR, subcontractor bills and monthly valuations
- Manage work independently with expertise in construction surveying
- Coordinate with project teams
Requirements
- BTEC or HNDE (QS) with 2-3 years construction experience
- Or NCT (QS) with 3-5 years construction experience
- Strong English verbal and writing skills
- Computer literacy
