About the Role
Nawaloka Constructions is seeking qualified Quantity Surveyors to join their project teams across building construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents
- Manage project costs and variations
- Certify interim payments and final accounts
- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Requirements
- BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years QS experience in building construction
- IQSSL membership advantageous
- Strong communication and computer skills
