Executive - Quality Assurance

About the Role

Perform in-process quality control at the Ittapana beverage factory, conduct microbiological and chemical testing, ensure GMP and food safety compliance, and coach production staff on best practices for Ceylon Cold Stores.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process controlling of manufacturing lines and assure quality of raw materials
• Conduct microbiological and chemical testing throughout production stages
• Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and sanitation procedures
• Coach production staff on GMP and best practices
• Execute process improvements for quality, cost, and time efficiency
• Maintain ISO compliance for QMS, FSMS, EMS, and OHSMS

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Bio Science, or Agriculture
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing environment experience
• Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems
