About the Role

Manage retail pharmacy operations at Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC, ensuring accurate dispensing, inventory management, and customer service in the hospital pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail pharmacy dispensing operations
• Maintain pharmaceutical inventory and ordering
• Provide medication counselling to patients
• Ensure regulatory compliance in pharmacy operations
• Coordinate with clinical teams on drug requirements

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy
• Registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council or relevant authority
• Experience in hospital or retail pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
