Manage finishing department operations including ironing, folding, packing, and quality inspection to meet order specifications and delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage daily finishing department operations
Ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained
Lead and develop finishing team members
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Monitor and improve efficiency metrics

Requirements

Degree or HND in Textile Technology or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in finishing management
Strong quality consciousness and team leadership skills
