About the Role
Conduct time and motion studies, develop SMVs, implement efficiency improvement programs, and support lean initiatives across production units.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies and develop accurate SMVs
- Analyze production efficiency and identify improvement areas
- Support lean and kaizen implementation programs
- Develop and maintain IE databases and reports
- Train production teams on efficiency techniques
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years IE experience in garment manufacturing
- Proficiency in MOST or MTM systems
- Strong analytical skills and MS Excel
