About the Role
Entry-level trainee program for graduates to learn the end-to-end merchandising function in a leading global apparel exporter.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior merchandisers in managing buyer accounts
- Track sample submissions and approvals
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Prepare cost sheets and time action calendars
- Learn and support bulk production follow-up processes
Requirements
- Degree in Merchandising, Business, Textile Technology or related
- Strong English communication skills
- Eager to learn and adaptable to fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
