About the Role
Conduct inline and end-line quality audits across production lines, identify defects early, and ensure garments meet buyer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct roving quality checks across all production stages
- Identify and report quality defects and non-conformances
- Audit inline and end-line quality processes
- Work with supervisors to implement corrective actions
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Textile Technology or related
- 2+ years quality control experience in garment manufacturing
- Knowledge of AQL standards and buyer requirements
- Strong attention to detail
