About the Role
Provide exceptional after-sales customer service, handle exchanges and returns, respond to customer queries, and maintain customer satisfaction records.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
- Process exchanges, returns, and warranty claims
- Maintain customer service logs and escalation records
- Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores
Requirements
- GCE A/L or higher
- 1+ years customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Patient demeanor and problem-solving ability
