Lead the finishing department at Wathupitiwala, driving on-time delivery targets, productivity improvements, and process enhancement initiatives for a major apparel export facility.

Responsibilities

Achieve targets for the finishing process in line with Time and Action Plan
Oversee finishing operations for On Time Delivery and productivity improvements
Implement process enhancement initiatives
Lead and manage departmental staff and associates
Maintain Health & Safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Clothing Technology
6-9+ years total experience with minimum 2 years heading a finishing department
