About the Role
Support HR and administrative operations at an agro-food technology company in Hokandara, managing recruitment, records, payroll assistance, and cross-departmental coordination.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding support including interview coordination
- Employee records and HR documentation management
- Payroll, attendance, and leave tracking assistance
- Office administration and interdepartmental communication
- Daily departmental checklist monitoring
- Task follow-ups with R&D and Commercial teams
- Meeting organization and employee engagement activities
- Vehicle maintenance coordination
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Prior HR/Admin experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
