About the Role

Experienced QS professional required for road and infrastructure construction projects, responsible for BOQ preparation, interim valuations, cost estimations, and price escalation calculations.

Responsibilities

Prepare bills of quantities for road and infrastructure projects
Conduct interim valuations
Prepare cost estimations
Finalize accounts for completed projects
Calculate price fluctuations and escalations

Requirements

NCT/HND/NDT or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 3 years experience in road and infrastructure projects
