About the Role

Lead daily operations of a luxury jewelry showroom in Colombo 04, managing staff, inventory, and high-value customer experiences while driving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations
• Lead and supervise staff toward sales targets
• Manage inventory and stock replenishment
• Ensure visual merchandising meets luxury retail standards
• Prepare sales reports

Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management or luxury retail experience
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proven record of achieving sales targets
• Fluency in Sinhala and English
