Entry-level administrative and operations support role within Hayleys Advantis's diversified transportation and logistics business, supporting procurement, finance, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls; greet visitors
- Handle mail, invoices, courier arrangements, and office filing
- Execute day-to-day administration tasks
- Participate in procurement processes
- Support Finance and Operations departments
Requirements
- Local or London O/L with 6 passes plus minimum 2 GCE A/Level passes
- Fluent English and computer literate
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
